The companies are selected into the list using the patented stock selection method of TSA.

 Once the company has passed through the TSA screening criteria, they are assigned the quality ranking issued by Standard & Poors, an independent research firm.

Investing in the B rated stocks entails somewhat more risk and price volatility than the stocks on the A rated TSA list.

As a part of your investment strategy, you would want to hold some percentage of your account in B rated stocks if you are willing to accept a higher risk than holding A rated stocks.
